Chiropractic
The nervous system is the master control center of the body. If there is something wrong, a spinal segment or other joint often goes out of alignment, much like a circuit breaker in your house shuts off. When this happens, you are no longer functioning optimally. Chiropractors are trained to identify and adjust (reset) these joints of the spine or extremities, and to work on the muscles that move them.
Dr. Stefan Cohen incorporates functional neurology and mind-body systems alongside traditional chiropractic care, and holds ICAK Board Certification in Applied Kinesiology. His training includes P-DTR, ART study with founder Michael Leahy, FAKTR with founder Dr. Thomas Hyde, KinEase Release Methods with developer Dr. Ethan Feldman, and studies with UCSF’s Dr. Christopher DaPrato in Myofascial Decompression. Dr Cohen is also a certified NET practitioner.
Dr. Jenn Tran specializes in pre/post-natal and pediatric care, and is certified in both the Webster Technique and Dynamic Body Balancing, bringing gentle, specialized approaches to patients at every stage of life, from newborns to expecting parents.
Together, they help patients with low back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, herniated discs, joint pain, sports injuries, postural issues, and pregnancy or pediatric concerns, using a more integrative, root-cause approach to care.

What to Expect During a Chiropractic Visit
Every visit starts with a thorough evaluation of your specific concerns, movement patterns, and health history. From there, Dr. Stefan or Dr. Jenn both build a personalized care plan — drawing on advanced techniques they each utilize. For example, Dr Cohen may use P-DTR, NET or ART and Dr Jenn may use Webster Technique for pregnancy, Dynamic Body Balancing for overall balancing or scoliosis protocols. Both doctors will utilize their knowledge and skills of chiropractic as well. All in all you will get a comprehensive analysis and treatment experience to address the root cause of your symptoms, not just the pain itself.

The sound is not your bones cracking. It is the release of gas bubbles (cavitation) from the fluid surrounding your joints when the joint pressure changes quickly - much like when you crack your knuckles. That said, there are many dfferent types of techniques that we utilize - all of which are extremely safe and many of which do not cause this popping sound.
No. Your treatment duration depends entirely on your condition, goals, and response to therapy. Some people go for a few sessions to fix acute pain, while others choose ongoing preventative care, much like regular dental hygiene or going to a gym.
